Fabulous hotel with a lovely pool. Great stopover from Santander to Murcia and well worth getting a bit further past Madrid. Rooms were lovely and modern and the staff were very friendly. Easy getting from the motorway in a pleasant small town. Courtyard and lounges were beautiful. Breakfast was fabulous in the lovely restaurant. Will definitely be staying again!
Location outside of Madrid.. you need a rental car for sure.. but the hotel is beautiful n exquisite..
Comfortable room, friendly staff but lacking in some details. Many of the rooms have a buzzing from their bathroom fans, the corridors have needless big heavy doors which wake you at night when thry shut, and you have to pay extra to use the pool or gym.
The hotel was amazing for the price it had althought you had to pay extra for breakfast and the wellness center. The staff st the reception was very professional.
But to set my rating straight… What made me absolutely dissapointed were the breakfasts. It was very chaotic and we waited for 30 minutes to get our first food and drinks. After that our waitress forgot everything else we ordered and we waited another 25 minutes until we reminded her of what else we wanted and even then she brought just half of our order. (We didnt order a full menu or something like that, it was a rather normal order)
We decided to return overnight to the hotel on our way home south. 4 days before we were due to arrive we received an email to say that the pool would not be functioning on the day we arrive. Ok there's a problem we accept that but not …
